Maintenance

To keep your product shining, regular maintenance is key. Clean it with a mild soap and warm water, then dry it to avoid any mineral deposit stains. For routine cleaning, opt for a non-abrasive sponge and a gentle cleanser. In case of limescale deposits, a solution of warm water and vinegar will do the trick; remember to rinse afterward. Definitely avoid steel wool pads, pure bleach, strong solvents, and other harsh chemicals, and do not leave metal objects or wet sponges in the sink to preserve its impeccable finish.

Warranty

Duration: The warranty is valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase. Coverage: The warranty covers Cheviot plumbing products against material and manufacturing defects. Cheviot Faucets Limited Lifetime Warranty.

For larger or more delicate items, delivery is provided through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.
