Maintenance

For maintaining your shower, avoid abrasive products and sharp tools on metal and glass surfaces. Gentle cleaning with water and a mild detergent will keep your shower looking new. After each use, a squeegee can help keep glass panels clean. Simple and effective!

Warranty

La période de garantie varie en fonction du type de produit :  Portes de douche, bases de douche : 10 ans  Si les produits sont utilisés à des fins commerciales, la garantie est d'un an à partir de la date d'installation originale.  La garantie couvre les défauts de matière et de fabrication, sous réserve d'une utilisation et d'un entretien normaux.  L'acheteur original doit s'assurer que les produits sont exempts de tout défaut avant leur installation.  Pour faire une réclamation au titre de la garantie, l'acheteur original doit suivre la procédure de réclamation spécifiée par Fleurco. 

For larger or more delicate items, delivery is provided through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. All the details of our delivery process are meticulously explained on this page. Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.

Plomberie Mascouche reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with the conditions above. The terms and conditions of this Policy are subject to change without notice.
