Maintenance
To maintain the beauty of your product, it should be cleaned using a mild soap, rinsed with clear water, and then dried with a soft cloth. The mist from these cleaning products can damage the finish of your faucets.
Warranty
Chrome finishes, PVD coatings, black elements, and functional components have a lifetime warranty. Other finishes and plastic components have a one-year warranty. Electrical and/or electronic parts are guaranteed for 5 years. These warranties are valid only if the installation is carried out by a certified master plumber. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: Costs incurred to access the faucet. Installation and uninstallation charges. Normal wear and tear of components. Items not installed according to the manufacturer's instructions and in accordance with current regulations, codes, and laws governing plumbing installation. Any issues resulting from inadequate maintenance or the use of inappropriate cleaning products. Do not use acidic detergents, abrasive sponges, metal pads, alcohol-based cleaners, disinfectants, or other solvents. Any damage caused by hard water, limescale deposits, or sediment.
