This warranty is valid provided the product remains installed in its original location, the original consumer continues to own the residence, and the installation was performed by a professional plumber or licensed contractor.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.
