Maintenance

To maintain the beauty of your product, it should be cleaned using a mild soap, rinsed with clear water, and then dried with a soft cloth. Important: Do not use any abrasive, caustic, or acidic cleaners (such as detergents or products containing ammonia). Always rinse and/or clean the faucets immediately after using any cleaner on adjacent surfaces, including mirrors and ceramic tiles. The mist from these cleaning products can damage the finish of your faucets.

Warranty

Bain Signature, under the A&E Shower & Bath Inc. brand, offers a one-year warranty from the date of purchase by the owner for domestic use, covering products against material or manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use and maintenance.

For larger or more delicate items, delivery is provided through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. All the details of our delivery process are meticulously explained on this page. This product, selected for its excellence, will be specially ordered for you directly from our supplier, as it is not usually kept in stock. Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
